REGULATION, Finance Statute, No. 8 of 1990

BY virtue of the powers vested in me under Section 77 (l)(a) read with Section 37 of the Finance Statute, No. 8 of 1990 I, Gamin Jayawickrama Perera, Chief Minister and the Minister-in-charge of the subject of Finance of the North Western Provincial Council, do by this regulation further amend the regulation made under the above Section and published in Gazette No. 643 of 28th December, 1990 am amended by Gazette No. 647 of 25th January, 1991 and by Gazette No.719 of 1 lth June, 1992 as follows :-

(i) By re-numbering item No. 3(a), as 3 ;

(ii) By repealing the paragraph (b) under item No. 3.
