Coconut Fibre (Amendment) AN ACT TO AMEND THE COCONUT FIBRE ACT, NO. 17 OF 1967. BE It enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives of Ceylon in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: – Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Coconut Fibre (Amendment) Act, No. 56 of 1971. Replacement of section 4 of Act No. 17 of 1967. 2. Section 4 of the Coconut. Fibre Act, No. 17 of 1967, Is hereby repealed, and the following new section substituted therefor: – “Remuneration of members of the Board. 4. The members of the Board may be remunerated in such manner, at such rate and from such date, as the Minister may, in consultation with the Minister of Finance, determine.”.
